The Villages at Stow: Design and permitting for 34,000 gal/day aerobic RBC
wastewater treatment facility for the receiving and treatment of septage waste in Stow,
Massachusetts.  Facility currently operating since October, 2006.  Continued
operational monitoring and consulting services after start-up.

   White Pine Village:  Permitting and design for 25,000 gal/day RBC treatment facility
in East Bridgewater, Massachusetts.  Final design approved and Facility operating
since start-up in January, 2006.

   Concord Country Club:  17,300 gal/day Bioclere wastewater treatment facility
designed and permitted for an existing country club in Concord, Massachusetts.  
Facility completed and currently operating.

   Private Condominiums:  Design and permitting of advanced RBC wastewater
treatment facility for residential units in Southborough, Massachusetts.  Complete
Design services for 28,600 gal/day advanced RBC facility with interim design of
10,000 gal/day Amphidrome system.  Final design plans approved and facility
currently in operation.

   NATC:  Expansion and upgrade of 150,000 gal/day to 200,000 gal/day extended
aeration facility.  Final design completed and approved.  Complete environmental
assessment and hydrogeological evaluation.  Construction completed in July 1997.

   Savings Bank:  Complete civil and environmental engineering for new 65,000
square foot corporate headquarters in Swansea, Massachusetts.  Design and
permitting of 5,000 gal/day advanced treatment system utilizing the Amphidrome
denite system.  Design of all drainage, site layout and utilities with all corresponding
Conservation Commission, DPW, DEP, and local permitting.  Facility operational
since 1997.

   Private Condominiums:  Design and permitting of advanced treatment facility with
Amphidrome system of Tetra Technologies.  Unique system combines proven
technology of fixed film processes with sequencing batch reactor technology in
combination with biological fitration to provide cost effective tertiary treatment.  
Provided design and permitting of 39,930 gal/day facility in Mashpee, MA with facility
construction completed in Spring 1997 and constructing to operate.

   Plaza:  Design, permitting, and construction management of 15,000 gal/day
Amphidrome system to replace failed septic system at large commercial development
in Swansea, Massachusetts.  Facility operating since August 1996.

   Single family condominiums:  Design and permitting of advanced RBC wastewater
treatment facility for residential units in Acton, Massachusetts.  Construction of
treatment facility completed in 1995 and operating.

   MES, Inc.: Permitting, environmental assessment for 100,000 gal/day tertiary RBC
wastewater treatment facility for the receiving and treatment of septage waste in
Carver, Massachusetts.  Facility currently operating near capacity since start-up in
January, 1995.  Continued operational monitoring and consulting services after start-
up.
